Nurturing Hearts and Breasts: A Women-Only Wellness Journey
In honor of breast care awareness month, join Joanna Harris with Downtown Yoga and Margaret with Renew Myofascial Release for a workshop designed exclusively for women! This 90-minute session celebrates self-care, self-love, and holistic well-being.
We will begin with heart-opening restorative yoga to begin the nurturing of your inner self. As we progress, our workshop will take a special focus on breast care with myofascial techniques. You'll be guided to explore these techniques on yourself, which will involve gentle, hands-on practices for breast well-being. In this women only environment, we'll practice methods to care for this vital part of our bodies.
Loose clothing is recommended, ensuring your comfort as we progress through this workshop.
To complement this experience, calming tea will be served.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect with your body, build a sense of community, and prioritize your wellness through self-care, self-discovery, and self-empowerment.

(For the Virtual option, we recommend creating a comfortable and private environment in your home / place of practice. Props to have on hand include bolsters or large pillows and blankets. We will not be streaming music so feel free to find your most relaxing playlist as you follow along. If for some reason you sign up but are unable to attend, the recording will accessible for a limited time and sent via email.)
